One to One Support Assistant with a lunchtime contract attached.
1:1 Teaching Assistant: G3/6 (£20812 pro rata) -G3/9 (£21968 pro rata) dependant upon experience ie from approx.. £6,503 - £6,865 per annum
Midday Supervisor : G2/3 (£20441 pro rata) ie approx £1172
Start Date - Required as soon as possible
Our school is seeking to recruit an excellent 1:1 Support Assistant to work 1pm :3.30 pm every day. This position is to support a specific child. The post holder will be required to work on a one-to-one basis with the child, supporting their social and educational development. The post is temporary until assistance is no longer required or as a result of the child leaving the school, whichever is the earliest.
Lunchtime Hours (12 – 1pm), 39 weeks per year
TA hours 12.5 hours to be worked across 5 days (1pm – 3.30 pm), 39 weeks per year
Excellent communication skills are expected as you will need to liaise with other team members, parents and the relevant professionals involved with the child. In addition, a passion for pupil progress is essential for this post. It is essential to have proven experience of working within an educational environment and to have achieved, or surpassed, NVQ Level 3 status.

An ability to use your own initiative is vital as you will be expected to use the child's developmental targets set by a variety of professionals during the sessions to support their learning and development.
